1. Infectious disease modeling
So far, I've studied HIV-1 infectious disease, in particular, HIV-1 co-infection using mathematical model. HIV-1 co-infection is a viral phenomenon in which more than 1 virus infect 1 target cell at the same time. The advantage of HIV-1 co-infection is to more rapidly & more effectively create new geneticcal different virions.
